Return Process

To return an item, please email customer service at admin@elixirsupplement.com to obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. After leaving an RMA number, placed the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all returned shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

Refunds

If you are unsatisfied with our products, you are free to return the product(s) at any time. You will receive confirmation that your refund is being processed within 30 days of initiating the request. After receiving your request to a refund, please allow at least seven (7) days from receiving the request to process your refund. Refunds may take 1 to 2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statements, depending on your credit card company.
